In-House Branding
Our comprehensive in-house branding division allows us to offer our clients a convenient, high-quality one-stop solution for promotional products and custom branding.
We offer a wide range of branding methods, including Screen Printing, Pad Printing, Digital Printing, Digital Transfer, Heat Transfer, Sublimation, Doming and Laser Engraving.
Branding Lead Times
Our standard lead time for completed branding orders is approximately 3–5 business days, calculated from receipt of signed artwork approval and full payment, for orders processed through our Cape Town warehouse.
During peak periods, branding lead times may extend to approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that lead times may be longer during exceptionally busy periods, depending on order volumes and production capacity.
Locally Manufactured Products
Our locally manufactured bags are made to order and are subject to material and stock availability. Manufacturing lead times apply to all locally produced items and may vary depending on the product, quantity and current production schedule.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
Please discuss your required delivery date with your Account Manager when placing your order. While lead times apply, our team will always do our best to accommodate your deadline wherever possible.
All lead times are estimates and commence once artwork has been approved and payment requirements have been met.
Terms & Conditions – Free Branding
Our Free Branding offer is designed to give you added value when personalising your promotional products.

Free Branding applies to one print position and one colour print only.

The free branding area is subject to the standard print size specified for each individual product.

Larger print sizes falling outside the standard branding area will be quoted and charged accordingly.

Additional print colours and/or additional branding positions will incur additional charges.

A setup charge applies to all orders, including repeat orders and previously branded artwork.

Branding is subject to the suitability of the product, artwork and selected branding method.

Any additional branding costs will be confirmed prior to production.
Please note: Free Branding refers to the standard branding application only and does not include setup charges or any additional branding requirements.
Branding requirements:
Acceptable file formats: Vector
Artwork is preferred - (.CDR / .EPS /.AI / .PDF). ALL fonts MUST be converted to curves or fonts must be included.
Please try to provide your artwork in the following, if you are unable to supply your artwork as below, we will our best to accommodate you.
1. Vector Artwork in the following formats, cdr/ai/eps/svg/pdf.
2. All fonts need to be converted to curves/paths or fonts to be provided.
3. Pantone colours to be provided or a match will be made.
4. High resolution jpegs/pngs (1mb or bigger) is accepted.
5. Not acceptable artwork formats, logos sent from whatsapp, screenshots, word or excel or powerpoint documents.
6. Low resolution jpeg or png files or scanned documents are not accepted.
7. Logo redrawing will be charged at R499 ex.vat per hour.
Providing artwork in the correct formats speed up the design process.
Poor quality design leads to poor quality end product.
We cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the artwork has been approved by you. Please check all spelling and details on your layout form.
